What was nice is i had power in just 2 months using the small power supply as a crutch while i waited almost a year for the hydro electric dams (wich are painfully expensive to build) if i didnt use those small power supply i would have been stuck paying 150 million per trade cycle in getting electricity!. 30 Jan 27: 3: Mods: General MB: 4 Mods War Cold Ruler: Supreme Best of list. i still have quite a surplus of power coming from those dams & smal power plants in every town and selling it off. wich in turn alowed me to sell alot more petrol & coal. between those two i was able to scrap every single petrol and coal burning powerplant in canada. Or like with canada i had electrical issue so i made many small Power (other) facilities puting one in almost every town and had decent power/per upkeep while i started to make alot of hydroelectric dams on my MANY rivers.
Its helpfull for those poor countries that dont need much to be self sufficient so they make a few of those insted of a full sized one. Yeah it puzzled me at first but what it does is takes less time to make cost less money to maintain and produces more of the material.
